摘 要:基于组织智力的关键影响要素,从智力资本的3个维度(人力资本、结构资本和关系资本)提出包括"组织智商"和"组织情商"的组织智力测度指标,并以我国9个公立科研机构为样本,进行了组织智力测度。样本数据显示,高智力的组织体现为组织智商和组织情商双高;智力普通的组织更多地体现为虽然组织员工能力很强,但由于结构资本的不协同而造成"组织愚钝"。由此得到结论,组织结构资本与人力资本的协同关系是提升组织智力水平的重要环节。This study analyzes key factors of organizational intelligence (OI), from the perspective of organizational Intellectual Capital, which contains human capital, structural capital and relational capital, to build up an Organizational Intelligence measurement system which consists of Organizational Intelligence Quotient (OIQ) and Organizational Emotional Quotient (OEQ). Then it takes 9 national research institutes in China as samples to do research. The samples show that intelligent institutes are related with high OIQ as well as high OEQ. For the case of average-intelligent institutes, even if with high-IQ employees, 'collective stupidity' caused by the dis-synergy of structural capital isthe major gap to be a smarter institute. Above all, the synergy between structural capital and relational capital is critical for promoting the level of OI.
