摘　　要：通过对来疆中亚留学生的跨文化适应情况进行调查,发现该群体跨文化适应过程中社会环境、个体因素、语言障碍、原有的文化和心理四个方面是造成跨文化适应的主要影响因素。在留学生教育和管理中采取差别管理与趋同管理,利用留学生的社会关系网络,加强对留学生跨文化支持等方式,将有助于来疆中亚留学生顺利实现跨文化适应。An investigation of cross-cultural adaptation of Central Asian students in Xinjiang shows that their cross-cultural adaptation is mainly affected by social environment, individual factors, language difficulties and their own culture and psychology. In education and management of international students, we should adopt difference management and convergence management methods, make use of their social relation network and strengthen cross-cultural support for the students so as to help them make a smooth cross-cultural adaptation.
