摘 要:华北乡村教育由旧式教育向新式教育的转型始于清末,但真正转型是在民国时期。新式学校的不断创办、旧式私塾得到有效控制和改良、教育内容由儒学教育转向国民教育都充分体现了华北乡村教育由旧式教育向新式教育的转变。华北乡村教育在转向新式教育的过程中,面临种种问题,新旧教育观念的冲突、教育经费的短缺、教师素质普遍低下等,无不制约着乡村教育的发展。The transformation of rural education in North China from the old to modern began in the late Qing,but the real transformation started in the period of the Republic of China.The new style schools have been founded,the old private schools have been effectively controlled and improved,educational contents shift from Confucian Education to national education,all of which reflect the changes of rural education in North China from the old to the new style.In the course of transformation,the new style education faces many problems,such as the conflict of old and new educational concepts,shortage of educational funds,generally low quality of teachers,which restrict the development of rural education.
