摘 要:采用自由基聚合合成甲基丙烯酰氧乙基磷酰胆碱(MPC)-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅(TSMA)二元共聚物(poly(MPC-co-TSMA),PMT),将其涂覆在交联壳聚糖(CS-GA)表面通过三乙胺蒸汽或高温催化处理,使聚合物中的三甲氧基硅基团在交联的同时键合CS-GA表面的氨基或羟基。动态接触角(DCA)和X-射线光电子能谱(XPS)对改性后壳聚糖表面的结果表明,该聚合物可以在交联壳聚糖表面获得较为稳定的具有仿细胞外层膜结构的涂层表面(CS-GAPMT)。该方法简单实用,有望在生物材料表面改性、药物控释和组织工程等领域具有潜在的应用前景。The PMT copolymers were synthesized by free radical copolymerization with 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine (MPC) and trimethoxysilylpropyI methacrylate (TSMA). The PMT copolymers dissolved in methanol were dipcoated a glutaraldehyde-cross-linked chitosan (CS-GA) film surface. The PMT coatings were anchored on CS-GA surfaces during the coating process by covalent bonding of the trimethoxysilane groups with amine and/or hydroxyl groups of CS-GA and crosslinking of the copolymers via amine-catalyzed or heating (110 ℃ ). The modified surfaces were charac- terized by dynamic contact angle (DCA) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The results indicated that cell outer membrane mimetic structures were formed on the modfied surfaces with PMT,which may have potential applications in the fields of hemoeompatible coatings,drug delivery and tissue engineering.
