摘 要:利用水溶液聚合法,丙烯酸(AA)接枝共聚到聚天冬氨酸(PASP)和羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)杂化基体上,与皂土复合,合成了可生物降解的PASP/CMCS-g-PAA/皂土电响应性水凝胶。采用FT-IR、SEM表征了凝胶的结构及形貌,并研究了复合凝胶的电刺激响应行为。结果表明,平衡溶胀度随NaCl溶液离子强度的增加而减小,在pH=8的磷酸缓冲溶液中有最大溶胀度;在非接触直流电场中,复合凝胶的弯曲方向和平衡弯曲角度受AA和皂土用量以及溶液的pH和离子强度的影响。Biodegradable PASP/CMCS-g-PAA/bentonite hydrogel was synthesized by solution polymerization, grafting eopolymerization of acrylamide (AA) onto poly (aspartic acid) (PASP) and carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) hybrid matrix and compositing bentonite. The structure and morphology were characterized by FTIR and SEM. The electrore- sponsive behavior of composite gel were studied. The results showed that the bending direction and equilibrium angle of hydrogel can he affected by the dosage of AA and bentonite as well as pH value and ionic strength of solution under the noncontact DC electric field.
