摘  要:以有机硅环四硅氧烷单体和封端剂为原料,通过开环聚合的方法合成了含乙烯基和含氢的硅油。改变原料的投料比,可得到具有不同分子结构的硅油。以正硅酸乙酯和含乙烯基封端剂为原料,改变原料的摩尔比,得到具有不同分子量的MQ硅树脂。采用红外和核磁的方法对不同硅油和硅树脂的化学结构进行表征,并用黏度计和凝胶渗透色谱对样品的黏度和分子量进行测试。将不同组分的硅油和硅树脂混合,通过硅氢加成反应而固化,得到的硅树脂在400nm以上具有较好的透光率(>90%),可用于大功率LED的封装。The silicone oil containing vinyl and hydro groups were synthesized via the ring-opening polymerization based on the octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, vinyl cyclotetrasiloxane and hydro cyclotetrasiloxane monomers. The silicone oils of different chenical structures were obtained by varying of the molar ratios of different monomers. The MQ silicone resins with different molecular weights were prepared. The chemical structures of the silicone oils and resins were charac- terized by the fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis, in addition to the viscosity and molecular weights determined by viscosimeter and gel permeation chromatography,respectively. By mixing of the silicone oils and MQ resins together,the mixture underwent the hydrosilylation addition reaction in the presence of palladium catalysts,resulting in the formation of silicone resins exhibiting good transparency (〉90 %) as the wavelength was above 400nm. The silicone resin may find application in the packaging of LED.
