摘 要:在自制的装置中用硅烷偶联剂KH550对长玻纤(LGF)进行表面处理之后,采用熔融共混法制备了尼龙66/玻纤复合材料,并通过力学性能测试和扫描电镜分析研究了其在10%盐酸、10%氢氧化钠、乙二醇和120#溶剂油等4种介质中的耐化学腐蚀性能。结果表明,10%盐酸溶液对尼龙66原样的腐蚀最为严重,在盐酸中浸泡7d后其拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别只有原来的44.4%和20.2%,玻纤的加入明显减缓了盐酸对尼龙66的腐蚀,7d后复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别为原来的68.0%和48.6%。其次是10%的氢氧化钠溶液;再者是乙二醇;120#溶剂油对复合材料综合力学性能的影响不大。玻纤的加入有效阻止了尼龙66的酸解、碱解以及醇解的程度,在一定程度上提高了复合材料物理力学性能的保持率。After the long glass fiber (LGF) was surface treated with the silane coupling agent KH550 by a self- made device, the polyamide 66/glass fiber composite were prepared by melt blending. Then the chemical corrosion resistance characters of the composites in the 10% hydrochloric acid, 10% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution, ethylene glycol,and 120^# solvent oil were studied by mechanical properties testing and scanning electron microscopy analysis. The results revealed that the most serious corrosion of pure nylon 66 suffered was 10% hydrochloric acid. After a week, its tensile strength and flexural strength were only 44.4% and 20.2% of the original sample, respectively. The corrosion resistance property of nylon 66 could be significantly delayed by the introduction of glass fiber. The tensile strength and flexural strength of the composite with a week immersion were only 68.0 % and 48.6 % of the original sample,respectively. Then, 10 % aqueous sodium hydroxide solution was shown smaller effect on the composites than 10% hydrochloric acid. Even smaller effect resulted from the ethylene glycol.,120^# solvent oil had a little influence on the mechanical properties of the composite. Glass fiber efficiently prevented the degree of the acid hydrolysis,alkaline hydrolysis and alcoholysis of the com- posite,and it improved the retention rates of mechanical properties of the composite to some extent.
