摘 要:对光学级聚酯薄膜(PET)进行防眩处理,选用有机类聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯微粒作为防眩微粒,分别研究了微粒粒径大小、粒径分布、微粒含量和涂层厚度等参数对光学薄膜防眩性能的影响。分别使用透光率雾度仪、光泽度仪及光学显微镜等手段对制备的防眩硬化膜的光学性能及表观形貌进行表征。研究结果表明:添加单分散微粒,微粒粒径增大,含量增高,均会导致防眩膜雾度逐渐增加,光泽度逐渐降低,透光率则变化不明显;涂层厚度较小时,防眩膜的雾度较大,光泽度较低,随着涂层厚度的增加,防眩膜光线透过率呈下降趋势,雾度则先降后增,光泽度呈上升趋势。相比较单分散微粒,添加多分散微粒形成的防眩硬涂膜透光率低,雾度偏高,光泽度较低。The optical thin film was treated for with antiglare performance. Organic PMMA particles were selected as the antiglare particles. The parameter of the antiglare particle concentration, particle size, particle size distribution, coating thickness, the mixed proportion of different size particles,the inner haze and so on,which effected on the antigiare performance of the film were studied, respectively. The optical properties and surface morphology of the film were characterized by transmittance Haze meter, gloss meter, optical microscope and scanning microscope, respectively. The results showed that, for adding the narrow distribution particles, the haze value of antiglare film would gradually increase and the gloss value decreased as the particle size or particle content increased, while the total transmission value changed not obviously. The haze value of the film was higher,and the gloss value was lower when the coating thickness was relatively thin. The total transmission value of the film decreased,the haze value first decreased and then increased, and the gloss value was rising with the increase of the thickness of the coating. As for adding the wide distribution particles, the total transmission value of the film was lower,the haze value was higher and the gloss value was lower.
