摘  要:选取数种纳米填料对硅橡胶进行补强,结果发现不同的纳米填料对硅橡胶的影响区别很大,白炭黑会使硅橡胶的拉伸强度提高;纳米三氧化二铁粒子越小,补强效果越好,当纳米三氧化二铁含量达到10%,会使硅橡胶的强度提高达到5.16Mpa,而且会使硅橡胶的热稳定性大幅提高,TGA曲线中535℃时残留质量由空白胶的30.75%提高到了86.15%;但是纳米炭化硅、氮化硅会对硅橡胶产生强烈的阻聚作用,以至于硅橡胶包覆层无法聚合。The several kinds of nano-filler's effect on silicone rubber had been investigated. The result showed that smaller the diameter of particle was, the better reinforcement effect it got. Different fillers added into the silicone rubber showed that quite different phenomenon,such as that white carbon black improved the tensile strength of silicone rubber, Fe2O3 not only improved tensile strength but also enhanced the stability of silicone rubber. TGA showed that the remain quality increased from 30.75% to 86.15 % ,and silicone rubber can't vulcanized when SiCor SiN was added.
