从题名与责任说明的著录现状看《中国文献编目规则》的应用效果——以国家图书馆书目数据为例

摘　　要：就题名与责任说明的著录情况而言,《中国文献编目规则》(第2版)在"著录法"和"标目法"两部分均存在一定的漏洞和缺陷,如对信息源的选取交代不清、正题名的选取存在明显漏洞、并列题名的定义违背《国际标准书目著录》的原则、对责任说明的描述不客观、对于未出现于规定信息源的责任说明未提出著录要求等,需要在今后修订中予以改进。On the situation of cataloging the title and responsibility statement, ＂the cataloging rule＂ and ＂the heading rule＂ of Chinese Bibliographical Cataloguing Rules （2rid edition） have some flaws and defects, such as the explanation of the selection of information sources is unclear, the selection of the proper title has obvious flaws, the definition of the parallel title goes against the principle of International Standard Bibliographic Description （ISBD）, the description of the responsibility statement is not objective, the responsibility statement that doesn＇t appear in prescriptive information sources hasn＇t been raised the cataloging requirement, and so on, which need to be improved in the future revision.
