摘 要:通过取代苯酚与苯并异噻唑啉酮(BIT)反应,合成了6个未见文献报道的1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮-2-甲酸苯酯类化合物作为一类新型防污剂,研究了合成化合物对藤壶二期无节幼虫的急性毒性效应。实验结果表明该类化合物对藤壶幼虫均有良好的毒杀作用;活性最优者,24 h半数致死浓度仅为0.47 mg/L。浅海挂板90 d防污效果良好,未见明显污损生物附着。引入具有杀菌活性的酚类基团后,1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮-2-甲酸苯酯类化合物比BIT具有更优良的防污性能。Six novel compounds ( i.e., 3-oxobenzo [ d ] isothiazole-2 ( 3 H ) -phenyl formicesters) were synthesized from benzo-isothiazolone and substituted phenol as a kind of novelantifouling agent. The structures of the compound were characterized by means of FT-IR and HNMR. The acute toxicity effects of benzo-isothiazolone derivatives on the barnacle larvaewere investigated. The results showed that all of the compounds exhibited prominent toxiceffect. The best half lethal concentration of compound was only 0. 47 mg/ L. The shallow seaexperiments showed that the antifouling effect was excellent. The test panels could not be atta-ched by marine fouling organisms in the seawater for 90 days. The antifouling effect of com-pounds incorporated with the phenol groups was better than BIT.
