摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2/硅藻土复合光催化剂,以难降解有机物二甲胺(DMA)为被降解物,考察了制备条件对光催化性能的影响.结果表明,TiO2/硅藻土光催化剂的制备最佳条件为水醇比0.6,500℃煅烧5h,硅藻土2g∶9mL负载1次,溶胶pH值为2.复合光催化剂经扫描电子显微镜(SME)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征,达到纳米级别,3g·L-1催化剂对400mg·L-1 DMA的6h降解率平均可达70%,光催化性能优良.The nano-TiO2/diatomite composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel method. Refractory dimethylamine(DMA) was chosen as the model pollutant. The effects of various preparation conditions on photocatalytic activity were studied. Results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of TiO2/diatomite photocatalyst could be achieved by water/alcohol volume ratio of 0.6, calcination at 500 ℃ for 5 h, the rate of diatomite for 2 g : 9 mL loaded once and pH 2. Characterization using SEM and XRD indicated that the sizes of composite photocatalysts were less than 100 nm. The average degradation efficiency for 400 mg·L^-1 DMA by 3 g·L^-1 photocatalyst was approximately 70% for 6 h.
