摘 要:基于枣矿集团的网络通讯环境和安全监测监控系统,研究开发了基于多源数据集成的煤矿应急救援平台,分析了该救援平台的"1139"结构模式,详细介绍了多源数据统一集成与共享服务、多源数据统一集成平台逻辑结构和多源数据统一集成的实现方式。通过对不同应用系统的集成整合,初步实现了煤矿安全生产事故灾难的统一监测监控、预警预测、综合研判、信息共享、多级联动、协同救援和应急调度管理。枣矿集团通过应急救援平台的建设,提高了企业应急救援的快速响应能力和决策指挥的科学性。Based on network communication environment and safety monitoring system of Zaozhuang Mining Group,the coal mine emergency rescue platform was developed by aid of multi-source data integration."1 139" structural pattern of the platform was analyzed,and the multi-source data integration and sharing service,the logical structure of multi-source data inte-gration platform and the realization of multi-source data integration were expounded.After the integration of different application systems,the unification of monitoring,early warning predic-tion,comprehensive analysis,information sharing,multilevel linkage,coordinated rescue and e-mergency dispatching management of safety production accidents and disasters in coal mines were preliminarily realized.Via the construction of emergency rescue platform,the fast response to e-mergency rescue and the scientific rationality of decision-making were enhanced in Zaozhuang Mining Group.
