摘  要:确定电力系统中具有关键作用的线路对于避免连锁故障具有重要意义,为此,基于事故链模型提出了一种辨识电网中关键线路的方法。初始故障由系统负荷水平、线路故障率、线路负载率及关联系数等因素确定,使用事故概率重要度和设备在网络中的拓扑重要度作为事故链中间环节的预测,建立了基于事故链的连锁故障仿真模型。在事故链的风险评估基础上,考虑线路在事故链中位置、造成事故的严重程度等因素建立关键线路的重要度指标,通过该指标可以辨识对电力系统连锁故障产生重要影响的关键线路。以IEEE 39节点系统为算例,验证了该方法的有效性。该方法可以提高电网运行的可靠性,减少大停电事故的发生。Critical lines identification is of great practical significance for preventing cascading failures in power systems, thus we proposed an identification method based on the fault chain model. Firstly, we used factors such as the load level of the system, the failure rate, load rate, and correlation coefficients of the lines to determine the initial failure of fault chain. Then we employed the probability importance degree of the accident and the structural importance degree of de- vices in the network to predict the intermediate links of the fault chain. Finally, we constructed a simulation model of power system cascading failure. It is found that, on the basis of risk assessment of the fault chain, the critical lines of the power system cascading failure can be identified by the location of lines in the fault chain and severity of the accidents of the large-scale blackout. Simulation results on IEEE 39-bus system demonstrate the validity of the proposed method. This method can improve the reliability of power system operation and reduce the occurrence of blackouts.
