摘 要:针对高速烟包推手机构专利方案进行了详细分析,提取出实现导向往复运动的功能要求,并建立形态学矩阵得到多组机构组合方案,通过综合评价获得最优的改进设计方案。考虑到机构在高速运转过程中的机构动态特性,运用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS对专利方案和改进方案进行动力学仿真,得到两组机构驱动力矩﹑关键铰链部位约束反力及相关运动规律动态性能曲线,依据两组机构虚拟样机的动力学数值分析结果,对两组方案的机构动态特性进行比较分析,对改进机构减震降噪的结构优化具有重要参考意义。This paper gives a detailed introduction of the constitution and operating principle of patent mechanism which is used as high-speed cigarette pusher. By abstracting the functional requirements and establishing the morphology matrix to generate a group of conceptual solutions for the design problem. Through the comprehensive evaluation, so the best concepts for the R&D mechanism of cigarette pusher is achiered. Taking the dynamic characteristics into consideration when it rotations with a high speed, the ADAMS software isapplied to the dynamics simulation of both the patent and R + D mechanisms, so the motion regulation and dynamics characteristics curves are obtained, such as input moment and bearing reaction force for some key parts. The dynamic responses of the pusher mechanism would be analyzed from the perspective of the dynamics. Then the analysis conclusion offers significant reference for optimizing the structure of the R&D pusher mechanism in the aspect of shock absorption and noise reduction.
