摘  要:为了实现装配状态下汽车发动机压缩比的快速、精密、自动测量,开发了基于声学共振原理的试验台,动态测量随曲轴旋转而变化的气缸容积。介绍了测量原理及软硬件设计方案。基于LabVIEW开发了试验台的测控软件系统。实验表明,该试验台测量压缩比的重复精度达到±0.018(±3σ),测量速度为20 s/缸,实现了压缩比的快速、精密、自动测量。A new quick and precise system for measuring compression ratio of assembled automotive engines was proposed by using an acoustic resonance method. Cylinder volume was measured dynamically while crankshaft was driven by a motor. The measuring principle and the design scheme of hardware and software were introduced. Measuring and controlling software of the system was developed by programming in LabVIEW. Measurement for compression ratio of single cylinder can be finished in 20 seconds and a repeatability precision of + 0. 018 ( ±3σ) is obtained. The system realizes rapid, precise and automatic measurement for compression ratio.
