摘  要:通过对门式起重机支腿的功能进行综合分析,应用SolidWorks软件,提出一种支腿的自顶向下(Top-Down)设计方法,并利用开发工具Visual Basic对支腿进行快速变型设计。首先根据门式起重机支腿的功能要求,构建顶层基本骨架模型;然后确定各零部件以及零部件之间的结合方式,进行支腿主模型设计;最后,在主模型完成设计的基础上,利用Visual Basic与Solidworks API对支腿主模型进行参数化变型设计。该设计思路符合工程实际中从概念设计到详细过程的设计思路,显著提高了设计效率,符合缩短现代产品设计周期的客观需求。Analyzing the outrigger of gantry crane comprehensively, the software Solidworks is applied, and a Top-Down design method of outrigger is proposed. The developing tool Visual Basic is used for rapid variant design of outrigger. First, according to the functional requirements of the outrigger of gantry crane, the top basic skeleton model is built. Then, the binding ways between components and parts are determined, the master model of outrigger is designed. Finally, on the basis of the completed main model, Visual Basic and Solidworks API are-used for parametric variant design of master model. This idea meets the design concept from conceptual design to detailed design in the practical engineering process, which significantly improves the efficiency of design, and slao meets the objective requirements of shortening the design cycles of modern product.
