谷红注射液对非痴呆性血管认知障碍的疗效以及对脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察谷红注射液治疗非痴呆性血管性认知障碍(VCIND)的临床疗效,并且探讨其对脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2的影响。方法:2011年1月-2012年12月在某院就诊的112例VCIND患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者除了常规治疗外还接受静脉滴注谷红注射液,20 ml·d-1,治疗8周后比较2组患者治疗前后的事件相关电位-P300(ERP-·P300)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分以及血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平的变化。结果:(1)治疗后观察组患者ERP-300潜伏期较对照组显著延长(P<0.01),ERP-300波幅较对照组显著增加(P<0.01);(2)治疗后观察组患者MoCA评分较对照组显著增加(P<0.01);(3)治疗后观察组患者Lp-PLA2水平较对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:谷红注射液可改善VCIND患者的认知功能,并且可以降低VCIND患者的脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2水平。OBJECTIVE To research the efficacy of Guhong injection for the patients with vascular cognitive impairment without dementia, and explore its effect on the lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 in serum. METHODS A total of 112 patients with vascular cognitive impairment without dementia, who visited the neurology department of our hospital in January 2011--December 2012, were divided into observation group and control group. Cases in control group received routine treatments, and cases in observation group received routine treatments besides Guhong injection, 20 mL daily. The treatment duration was 8 weeks. ERP- P300, MoCA scale and the level of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 in serum were compared before and after treatment in both groups. RESULIS （1） Latent period of ERP-P300 in observation group was significantly prolonged （P〈0.01） and wave of ERP- P300 in observation group was significantly increased compared to that in control group （P〈0.01） ; （2） Mo- CA scale in observation group was significantly increased compared to that in control group （P〈0.01） ; （3） lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 in serum in observation group was significantly decreased compared to that in control group （P〈0.01）. CONCLUSION Guhong injection can improve the cognitive function of patient＇s with vascular cognitive impairment without dementia, and decrease the level of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 in serum.
