摘　　要：随着绿色化学的兴起,离子液体在有机化学、电化学、清洁燃料等领域得到越来越广泛的重视和研究。然而,离子液体在制药领域的应用研究处于起步阶段。本文通过对近期国内外的相关文献报道进行检索、分类和整理,从离子液体作为功能性药物和药物载体两个方面入手,对离子液体在制药领域中的应用研究进行了系统地综述,并对今后的应用前景做出了展望。With the developing of ＂green chemistry＂, ionic liquid （ILs） received more and more attentions in various fields including organic chemistry, electrochemistry, nano-material and clean fuels. The application of ILs in pharmaceutical science was rarely reported before but emerged in recent years. In this paper, we conducted a thorough search of the literatures and made a systematically review about developments of ILs in pharmaceutical field, including active pharmaceutical ingredient-ionic liquid （API- ILs） and ionic liquid in drug delivery system. Furthermore, we discussed the critical issues emerged with ILs and explored the prospect of ILs in pharmaceutics.
