摘  要:目的:探讨CD207在晕痣中的表达意义及关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测20例晕痣组织和10例正常皮肤组织中CD207的表达,并分析其相关性。结果进展期晕痣组和稳定期晕痣组CD207表达分别为(78.4±14.1)和(60.2±12.2)个/mm,正常对照组为(51.5±10.1)个/mm,与正常对照组相比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。进展期与稳定期晕痣组比较差异也有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论晕痣组织中CD207的表达高于正常对照组,提示其发病机制与朗格汉斯细胞参与的细胞免疫反应有关。Objective To investigate the expression of CD207 and the immune pathogenesis in halo nevus. Methods Immunohistochemical technique S-P was used to detect the expression of CD207 in 20 halo nevus patients and 10 cases of healthy control,and their relationships were analyzed. Results The expression of CD207 in halo nevus at advanced was( 78. 4 ± 14. 1 ),and was( 60. 2 ± 12. 2 )count/mm at stable stage,that in normal control was(51. 5 ± 10. 1)count/mm. The levels of CD207 were significantly higher in halo nevus than those in the normal control group( P﹤0. 05 );The levels of CD207 were significantly different in advanced halo nevus and stable halo nevus9 P﹤0. 05 ). Conclusions CD207 is highly expressed in halo nevus lesions. The Langerhans cells involved cellular immunity is correlated with the pathogenesis of halo nevus.
