摘　　要：目的：探讨经T形管窦道纤维胆道镜治疗肝内外胆管残石的围术期护理方法。方法回顾性总结郑州大学第一附属医院2010年1月至2013年12月收治的485例肝内外胆管残石患者的临床资料，手术配合重点及围术期护理方法。结果采用经T形管窦道纤维胆道镜治疗肝内外胆管残石，术前认真做好各种仪器、配件的准备工作；术中掌握良好的配合技巧，密切观察术中患者情况；术后给予全面、细致的护理，可顺利、安全完成操作过程，避免各种并发症的发生。结论对肝内外胆管残石患者，抓住护理重点进行有效的围术期护理，具有手术用时短、创伤小、手术次数少、操作简便、并发症少等多项优点，其经验值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing for patients underwent retained calculus of extrahepatic bile duct removed operation under choledochoscope through the T tube sinus. Methods Four hundred and eighty-five patients underwent retained calculus of extrahepatic bile duct removed operation were retrospectively analyzed in the first affiliated hospital of Zhengzhou university from January 2010 to December 2013,especially with surgery and perioperative nursing. Results In order to complete the operation safely and avoid the occurrence of various complications,the instruments and accessories should be prepared conscientiously before the operation,and surgery skills should be mastered, and patient’s condition should be observed closely in the operation,and the comprehensive and detailed care should be given after the operation. Conclusions For the patients with retained calculus of extrahe-patic bile duct,effective perioperative nursing care can shorten surgical time,reduce trauma and complications,lessen the number of operations,simplify operating. And it has so many other advantages that the experience is worthy of clinical popularize.
