摘　　要：在分析现行电子档案双套制管理相关规定的基础上,对双套制管理逐渐暴露出的问题进行了研究,并提出解决问题的基本对策:国家综合档案馆施行电子档案单套制接收政策,通过完善的信息技术解决电子档案的长期保存问题,通过法规的修订终止电子档案的双套制管理模式。This paper analyzes and researches the current regulations and problems in double-sets archival management system, brings up the basic countermeasures, which including the general national archives should put in the electronic archives single-set collection policy, solve the problems in electronic archives long-term protection by promoting the information technology, and terminate the electronic archives double- sets system by revision the rule of law.
