摘 要:利用粉末注射成形和真空钎焊技术制备了一种新型金刚石砂轮,制备的新型金刚石砂轮具有金刚石把持力大、金刚石微刃有序排布等特点。进行了基于新型金刚石砂轮的Al2O3陶瓷磨削性能研究。实验结果表明:相对于普通树脂结合剂金刚石砂轮,新型金刚石砂轮磨削Al2O3陶瓷的加工表面形貌完整性较好,宏观裂纹和表面损伤相对较少;表面粗糙度较小,当进给速度为40mm/s、磨削深度为40μm时,加工表面粗糙度Ra在0.68μm左右;在相同实验条件下,新型金刚石砂轮的磨削力减小了12%~17%,磨削温度降低了80~120℃。A new diamond grinding wheel was prepared by powder injection molding and vacuum brazing,the new diamond wheel had a larger number of cutting edges which were artificially ordered so as to have big chip storage space,and it realized strong adhesion between diamonds and brazing alloy due to vacuum brazing. The paper discussed the grinding performance of the new diamond wheel in machining Al2O3 ceramic. The experimental results indicate that the quality of the machined work-piece surface is better than that machined by the conventional resin bond diamond wheel,the surface roughness is as 0.68 μm when the feed speed is as 40 mm/sec and the depth of grinding is as 40μm, and the forces decreases by 12%- 17% in compassion with conventional resin bond diamond wheel, and grinding temperature is reduced 80-120℃.
