摘 要:海杂波背景下小浮体检测是雷达探测领域的传统难题之一。小浮体特性是运动周期与海浪一致,当海浪波长较长且目标较小时,相位也几乎一致,因此多普勒信息很难利用到。针对这类目标检测问题,文中提出一种将短时平均功率作为特征的相似性检测算法,主要思想是利用目标单元与目标扩展单元的短时平均功率时间曲线在几何上存在相似性,随着观测时间的增加,这种相似性区分于海杂波单元。IPIX实测数据验证了算法的有效性。Small float detection within sea clutter is one of the traditional puzzles in radar detection area. The period motion of float is the same as ocean waves, and so does the phase when the float size is much smaller compared with the wave length. The Doppler effect is difficuh to be utihzed in this situation. Aiming at this target detection issue, an algorithm is proposed based on feature similarity. The main idea is that certain feature such as short average power between target bins and extant bins are similar and can be distinguished with clutter bins when observing time is long enough. Experiment using the IPIX data shows the validity of the pro- posed method.
