摘　　要：以4家上市公司为例,采取多案例研究方法,对企业技术战略与研发投入结构和创新绩效的关系进行了研究.研究结果显示,技术战略对研发投入结构具有直接的正向影响,并通过研发投入结构间接地影响创新绩效;研发投入结构与创新绩效随着技术战略的变化而变化;此外,还发现了不同技术战略下的研发投入结构和创新绩效.研究结果发展了技术战略与研发投入结构关系的理论研究,对企业技术战略升级和研发投入结构的匹配具有参考价值.It used multiple-case study method, took four listed companies as examples, and examined the relationships among technology strategy, R＆D investment structure, and innovation performance. According to the research results, technology strategy is directly and positively related to R＆D investment structure and indirectly affects innovation per- formance through R＆D investment structure. In addition, R＆D investment structure and innovation performance vary with the change in technology strategy. Meanwhile, different R＆D investment structures and innovation performance under different technology strategies have been examined. The research results and conclusions develop the theoretical research on the relationship between technology strategy and R＆D structure, and can serve as a reference to match a firm＇ s technology strategy upgrade and R＆D investment structure.
