摘 要:目的对手足口病重型病例和危重型病例进行判别分析,建立判别函数。方法对郑州市儿童医院近年收治的手足口病重型病例和危重型病例进行流行病学调查,用Epidata3.1建立数据库。首先用SPSS15.0对重型病例和危重型病例的影响因素进行逐步判别分析,然后根据入选的因素建立Fisher判别函数。结果 7个影响因素入选并被用来建立判别函数;Fisher线性判别函数判别结果显示,重症病例判别正确率为92.90%,危重型病例判别正确率为67.42%。结论建立的判别函数判别正确率较高,有一定推广意义。Objective To establish discriminant functions by discriminant analysis on the severe type and critical type of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) cases. Method 366 severe type cases and 89 critical type cases treated in Zhengzhou Children Hospital in resent years were investigeted; A database was estabished with Epidata3. 1 ; First, a stepwise discrirninant analysis on the affecting factors of severe type and critical type cases was conducted with SPSS15.0. Then,according to the en- tered affecting factors,Fisher discriminant functions were established. Results Seven affecting fctors were selected to establish discriminnant functions; The results showed that the correct discriminatory rate was 92. 90% for the severe type cases and 67.42% for the critical type cases. Conclusion Discriminant analysis could classify the severe type and critical type of HFMD cases more accurately and was worth spreading in the practice.
