摘  要:按照GB/T7725—2004中平衡环境型房间量热计法测量中小冷量空调器制冷量时,会造成较大测试偏差。为符合实际实验工况并提高测试精度,对实验室测量方法进行优化:以3台高精度电子秤代替传统平衡环境型房间量热计中1台或2台电子秤,在测试过程中采用称重法分别同时测量平衡环境型房间量热计内、外室加湿水量及被测机的凝结水。利用基于称重法设计的量热计实验室测得3台被测机的2组数据并进行分析。结果表明,优化后量热计可以有效减小中小冷量空调器测量偏差,提高测试精度;制冷量为1.8 kW空调器内、外室测量偏差提高达32.1%。试验证明,此优化方法为提高量热计精度提供了有效的依据。In the cooling capacity measurement of small or medium size air conditioner,the test error was caused by room-type calorimeter which was mentioned in the standard GB/T7725-2004.In order to comply with the actual experimental conditions and improve test accuracy,laboratory measurements were optimized:1 or 2 units of electronic scales which were used in traditional room-type calorimeter were replaced by three high-precision electronic scales; the mass weighing method was proposed to measure the humidification water of inner and outer chambers of the calorimeter,as well as the condensate water of air conditioner under test respectively.By analyzing the two sets of test results of three test units which were tested by means of room-type calorimeter based on the mass weighing method:It turns out that,optimized calorimeter can effectively reduce the measurement error and improve test accuracy of small or medium size air conditioners; the error of conditioner with 1.8 kW cooling capacity can be improved upto 32.1%.Tests show that this optimized method is an effective basis of improving the precision of room-type calorimeter.
