摘　　要：阐述了示范中心在创新实验教学体系和实验管理体系等方面一些方法的探索和实践,探讨了培养学生的创新能力、工程实践能力和综合素质方法和措施,示范中心建立的实验教学体系和现代化的管理体系,提高了中心运行效率和设备的利用率,创新了实验中心的管理模式,推动了实验教学水平的提高,有效促进了学生高效合理的学习方式,提高了学生的创新能力、工程实践能力和综合素质,为培养创新型人才奠定坚实的基础。In order to cultivate high-quality talents who would have innovation ability,strong engineering practice ability and better comprehensive quality.And then,methods of exploration and practice of teaching system and experiment management systems of the demonstration center were elaborated.Also,the methods of students ＇ creative ability,practical ability and comprehensive quality of engineering were discussed.The experimental teaching demonstration center established teaching and experimental system and modern management system,which improved running efficiency and equipment utilization.It also was innovative management model of experimental center,promoting teaching standards of experimental,promoting the student learning effectively and improve students＇ creative ability,practical ability and the overall quality of the project to lay a solid foundation for cultivating innovative talents.
