摘　　要：为提高实验室尤其是化学实验室安全管理的水平,深入理解实验室安全管理的理论基础,完善实验室安全管理体系的构建,全面分析了实验室安全的影响因素与安全保障体系的构成。从人、物和环境三个方面,结合国内外高校化学实验室的安全管理的实例,具体讨论了人的安全意识、责任和知识,物的位置和状态,以及环境因素,对实验室安全的影响作用。阐述了构建安全体系的五个基本原理,以及安全管理、安全教育、安全技术三大实验室安全保障体系的基本构成。分析表明,实验室安全工作是一个庞大的系统工程,需要各方面的综合统筹,全员参与,多方投入,借鉴先进经验,不断研究改进。The influencing factors and security system for laboratory safety are analyzed.The experience of practical safety management in chemical laboratories of universities at home and abroad is used to illustrate three impact factors of people,material and media in laboratory safety.Safety management,education and technique are classified as three parts of the security system and described in detail separately.It is concluded that laboratory safety is a system engineering requiring total involvement participation and a lot of investment.
