摘 要:为控制气力输送过程中粮食颗粒的破碎、提高输送效率、降低能耗,以小麦颗粒为研究对象,以其在90°弯管中的输送为研究条件,基于CFD-FLUENT对其运动特性与流场进行了模拟分析。建立了以气流速度、小麦颗粒在输送过程中的体积百分含量为优化参数,流场内部压力为目标的小麦颗粒输送特性优化模型;采用该模型获得了最佳输送状态下的气流速度和小麦颗粒的体积百分含量。研究结果将为工程应用提供理论依据。To solve these problems of grain particles broken and transport efficiency and energy problem in pneumatic conveying based bulk grain warehousing equipment. In this paper,wheat grain as the research object,with its 90 ° bend in the transport conditions,the transport characteristics and flow field are analyzed based on CFD FLUENT. Optimization model particle transport characteristics of wheat is established using the flow rat and percentage of the volume of wheat grain during transport as a percentage of the volume optimization parameters,the internal pressure of the flow field as the target function. Using this model,the optimum state of the transport air velocity and wheat volume fraction of particles is obtained. The result shows that the method is practical in engineering and has certain significance.
