摘 要:农业信息化技术的飞速发展,各种新型检测和测量技术也有力地推动了农业现代化发展步伐。为此,基于图像处理技术,对作物发芽样本图像的颜色进行二值化处理,保留绿色发芽区域,实现自动化统计发芽率的目的;在统计幼芽叶片过程中提出了基于四邻域编码一次遍历的方法,实现连通区域数量统计与各区域面积统计同时进行,提高了系统运行效率;同时,以VS.net2005为开发平台,开发实现了一个发芽率自动测量系统。实验表明:该方法操作简单、结果精确,为农业科技人员提供了一种新的、快速有效的测定发芽率的新方法,对促进农业现代化的进一步发展具有实际意义。The rapid development of agricultural information technology,a variety of new detection and measurement technology has effectively promoted the development of agricultural modernization. In this paper,the germination rate of automatic statistics based on image processing technology,color filter binary image germination sample based on image processing,in order to retain the germination of regional green plumule leaves; in the statistical process is put forward at the same time to achieve connectivity region statistics and regional area statistic four neighborhood coding a traversal based,and improve the system efficiency. This system is developed on VS. net2005 platform,developed a germination rate automatic measurement system,experimental results show the effectiveness and the efficiency of this method; which provides an efficient means for agricultural science and technology personnel,but also for the development of modern agriculture has made the beneficial attempt.
