摘 要:本文对陶瓷结合剂磨具热膨胀系数测定条件及影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,烧后试样的热膨胀系数比未烧的高;热膨胀系数值随烧结温度的提高和烧结致密度的提高而增加;热膨胀系数测定值受测定升温速度的影响,升温速度快的测定值较小;陶瓷磨具产品及陶瓷结合剂热膨胀系数的测定应测烧后试样的;为了使测试结果具有可比性,应使所测试样的致密性和测定升温速度等条件一致。In this paper, the measuring conditions of dilatometry for vitrified bond grinding tools were investigated. The results showed that the coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE) of as-sintered samples were higher than those of green samples . The CTEs increased with increasing of the sintering temperature and sample' s density. The CTEs were affected by heating rate. With high heating rate, the CTEs were lower. When measuring CTEs of vitrified bond tools and vitrified bonds themselves we should use as-sintered samples rather than the green samples. The measurement of CTE should be carried out under the same test conditions so as to make CTE data comparable
