摘　　要：现场拉弯矫生产线的无级变速装置出现故障,其内部金属链条断裂,无法修复,为尽快恢复生产,参照国外的改造经验,用变频电机取代原有的无级变速装置,且针对调试过程中出现的问题,一一分析并加以解决。The CVT of tension levelling line has a fault which the interior metal chain is broken and can not be repaired. In order to resume production as quickly as possible, the CVT is replaced by the variable-frequency motor with reference to foreign reformation experiences. The problems in the debugging are analyzed and solved.
