摘　　要：为了筛选适合于贵州黑山羊胚胎移植手术的麻醉方法,试验以贵州黑山羊为试验动物,比较了速眠新Ⅱ注射液2种麻醉方法(肌肉麻醉和静脉麻醉)对山羊生理指标,麻醉山羊的诱导期、麻醉期、苏醒期,麻醉苏醒后山羊的采食、反刍及精神状况的影响。结果表明:2种麻醉方法下,麻醉效果优、良的山羊数量和生理指标无明显差异;速眠新Ⅱ注射液静脉注射麻醉时,山羊的诱导期、麻醉期和苏醒期均较短,在苏醒后0.5 h,90.0%的山羊可以采食,83.3%的山羊可以反刍,93.3%的山羊精神状况良好;苏醒后1 h基本上全部可以恢复正常;采用静脉注射麻醉山羊进行胚胎移植手术,速眠新Ⅱ注射液用药剂量小,且安全、有效,明显优于肌肉注射。To select a suitable anesthesia method for the embryo transplant operation in Guizhou black goat,Guizhou black goats were used as experimental animals. the effects of two anesthesia methods（ intravenous anesthesia and muscular anesthesia） with Sumianxin II injection on the following factors were compared： including the physiological indexes of the Guizhou black goats,the effects of food intaking,rumination and mental condition in the anesthetized goats during the induction period,the anesthesia period,recovery period and after recovery from anesthesia. The result showed that the two kinds of anesthesia methods obtained excellent results,and there was no difference in the number and physiological indexes of the goats between the two kinds of anesthesia methods. The induction period,the anesthesia period,recovery period of the goats using intravenous anesthesia with Sumianxin II injection were all shorter. At 0. 5 h after analepsia,90. 0% of the goats treated by intravenous injection could forage,83. 3% of the goats could ruminate,and 93. 3% of the goats were conscious. At 1h after analepsia,all of the goats treated by intravenous injection could basically return to normal. The results indicate that when using intravenous anesthesia injection to anesthetize the goats for the embryo transplant operation,the dose of Sumianxin Ⅱ for intravenous anesthesia injection was low,which was safe and effective. As a result,the intravenous injection with Sumianxin Ⅱ is obvious superior to the intramuscular injection for the embryo transplant operation in Guizhou black goat.
