《金匮》肾气丸配伍及用药特点辨析

摘　　要：从《金匮》肾气丸的配伍规律及用药特点入手,辨析其功效。肾气丸组方秉承《内经》"少火生气"之旨,以补阴为主,少加补火之品,以平补肾气,而非温补肾阳;配伍"三泻",使补中有泻,寓泻于补,补不恋邪,泻不伤阴,共奏补肾气、利小便之功。This article differentiates and analyzes effectiveness of kidney-qi pill based on regularity of com-patibility Huangdi tonifying and medication characteristics ＇s Internal Classic. It＇s mainly Kidney-qi pill follows the principle of ＂mild fire promoting qi＂ in on nourishing Yin,also supplemented with reinforcing fire,to mild kidney-qi,without warming the kidney-yang. Compatibility tri-reducing,made this bolus has the reducing in reinforcing method,purging kidney-qi but not injury Yin. The whole formula could tonifying kid-ney-qi and promote diuresis.
