摘 要:简述了辛醇废碱液处理方法,介绍了辛醇废碱液作为油气化原料的工业化应用,得出辛醇废碱液可作为油气化原料进入气化炉,参与燃烧反应。辛醇废碱液作为油气化原料,不仅实现了辛醇废碱液无害化处理,还可提高合成气产品收率、减少炭黑的生成和减缓设备腐蚀,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。The treatment method of the octanol wastewater was described in brief and the industrial application of the octanol wastewater as a raw material of gasification was also introduced. The octanol wastewater could be fed into the gasifier as a gasification agent and took part in the combustion reaction. Many methods were applied to treat the water containing caustic soda, but they could only reduce the COD concentration to a certain degree, and the water had to be discharged after being diluted. Using the octanol wastewater as a raw material for the gasification unit could not only realize harmless disposal of the wastewater, but also increase the syngas yield. Additionally, the carbon black generation was decreased and the corrosion of the equipment was relieved, thus social and economic benefits were obtained.
