摘　　要：传统的病案管理模式注重保管、缺乏现代信息的管理平台,各医院只能依靠手工方式储存,这样不仅储存繁琐、病案信息利用率低,还常因外界环境、人员等因素的制约而影响专业的发展。某院以现代化的网络信息模式为管理平台,充分挖掘病案信息资源的潜在知识价值,从优化病案的储存方式着手,节时增效,实现病案信息的院内、外的资源共享,不断发掘病案信息的利用。目前网络模式下病案信息科学化的应用已拓展到临床教学科研、病案供应的高效实现、数字化医院的建设,不仅促进现代化病案管理的持续发展,也顺应数字化医院管理的需要。The traditional medical records management pattern emphasis more on preserve, and lack of modern information management platform. Some hospitals relies on manually storage which is a very tedious way of storing, low efficiency on utilizing medical records, also it slows down development in this area because it is easily affected by social environment and crews. A hospital use modernized network information management platform to excavate potential knowledge value of medical record information resources, start from optimizing medical record storage, accomplish sharing medical data in and out of the hospital, excavate medical record information. The scientific applications of medical record information under the network mode have been expanded to the clinical teaching and research, efficient implementation of medical supplies, the construction of digital hospital. It can not only promote the sustainable development of modem medical record management, but also suit the needs of the digital hospital management.
