摘　　要：规范烧伤疾病诊断和编码是提高烧伤病案质量的有效方法。本文根据烧伤外科疾病的特点,提出了烧伤疾病诊断应由烧伤诊断、烧伤并发症诊断和并存疾病诊断三部分组成,并结合实例对如何进行烧伤疾病的诊断书写、主要诊断的选择、ICD-10编码方法进行了详尽说明。Specification of burn disease diagnosis and coding is one of the effective methods to improve the quality of burn medical record. The diagnosis of burn disease should including diagnosis of burn, diagnosis of complications and diagnosis of coexistent disease. The methods of burn disease diagnosis writing, chief diagnosis choosing and ICD-IO coding were detailed descripted combined with the instance in this paper.
