摘　　要：应用信息系统对全院床位管理,通过模块控制实行急诊、门诊分开办理,遵循先急诊后普通入院流程,对危重、急诊患者优先收到专业科室,对非危重患者专科收治,专科无床采用跨科收治患者,一定要满足"空间相临、专业相近、非危重"的原则跨科收治模式,兼顾学科平衡,注重住院流程中的环节管理。加强住院单的规范管理,制定相关的配套制度,关注整体流程的监督和质量控制,进一步明确医院管理者、医师、护士的职责,充分利用信息质量监管系统实行三级质控体系减少医疗纠纷,保障医疗安全。这样有效解决急诊留观患者收治难和床位短缺和浪费的问题,提高床位的使用率,为医院创造更大的社会和经济价值。Dsing information system in beds management. Thr emergency and outpatient service is dealt with separately through module control. Following the admission process of emergency first. Critical and emergency patients priority received in professional departments, common patients were received in professional departments, and trans-disciplinary departments when there is no bed. Must meet the principle pattern of ＂space adjacent, professional similar, common＂, give cunsideration to balance disciplines, pay attention to the process management. Strengthen the management of hospitalization list, formulate relewmt supporting system, focus on the supervision of the overall process and quality control, harther clarify the responsibilities of hospital administrators, physicians, nurses. Make filll use of the three-level qualify control system by the infornmtion qualify supervision system to reduce medical disputes, to protect the safety of medical treatment. It effectively solve the shortage and waste of beds of emergency patients under observation and improve the utilization of beds, create greater social and economic vah,e fur the hospital.
