摘　　要："艾滋病恐惧症"是一种混合性神经症,核心症状可表现为焦虑、疑病、恐惧、强迫、抑郁症状中的一种或几种的组合,可伴有与艾滋病的临床症状相似的躯体症状,患者感到痛苦,反复求医。本文通过典型案例,详述诊疗过程,来探索艾滋病恐惧症的诊治。FearofAIDSdisease＆quot;isamixedneurosis,whichcanbeexpressedasoneorseveralsymptoms of anxiety,hypochondria,phobia,compulsion,depression and somatic symptoms similar to AIDS.Patients would feel pain and see a doctor repeatedly.In this paper,through analysis of typical cases and detailing the process of di-agnosis and treatment,the diagnosis and treatment of fear of AIDS diseases are explored.
