5%咪喹莫特软膏外用治疗寻常疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察5%咪喹莫特治疗寻常疣临床疗效。方法 67例患者随机分成两组,治疗组34例外用5%咪喹莫特软膏;对照组33例外用维A酸霜。两组疗程均为16周。结果 5%咪喹莫特软膏治疗寻常疣疗效(有效率为76.47%)优于维A酸乳膏(有效率为51.51%),两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论5%咪喹莫特软膏治疗寻常疣疗效好,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical effects of 5% imiquimod on verruca Vulgaris. Methods Divide 67 patients into two groups, then the patients of therapeutic group use 5 % imiquimod externally and the patients of con- trol group use Vitamin-A acid cream externally. The durations of each group is 4 months. Results After comparing the therapeutic group and the control group, the effects of the two groups are significantly different（P 〈0.01 ）. The clinical effects of 5% imiquimod 76.47% are superior to Vitamin-A acid cream 51.51%. Conclusion The effects on verruca vulgaris of imiquimod is prior to Vitamin-A acid cream, Worthy of clinical application.
