自体疣植入联合阿达帕林凝胶封包治疗多发性跖疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察自体疣植入联合阿达帕林凝胶封包治疗多发性跖疣的疗效。方法 对2010年3月-2013年2月42例确诊为多发性跖疣患者进行了随机分组,其中实验组19例采用自体疣植入联合阿达帕林凝胶封包多发性跖疣;对照组23例采用阿达帕林凝胶封包治疗多发性跖疣。两组患者每周随访1~2次,观察疣体及创面愈合情况,观察2个月。结果 实验组有效率78.95%,对照组为21.74%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 自体疣植入联合阿达帕林凝胶封包治疗多发性跖疣是临床上有效的方法之一。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of autoimplantation therapy combined with adapalene in the treatment of Multiple Verrueae Plantaris（MVP）. Methods Forty-three patients with MVP were at random divided into experiment group and control group, of 19 and 23 cases respectively. The cases of experiment group were treated with autoimplantation therapy combined with adapalene, while the cases of control group were treated by adapalene only. The follow-up examination was performed once a week for 2 months. Results Following 2 months, the total cure rate were 78.95% （15/19） in the experiment group and 21.74% （15/23） in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Autoimplantation therapy with adapalene is suggested as an effective therapeutic option in Multiple Verrucae Plantaris.
