老年恶性肿瘤合并肺部感染的中西医结合治疗

摘　　要：目的研究和探讨老年恶性肿瘤合并肺部感染中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法我院2010年1月至2012年3月收治老年恶性肿瘤合并肺部感染患者106例,随机分为2组,对照组53例使用抗生素治疗,治疗组53例在此基础上进行中医辨证治疗,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组显效29例,有效21例,总有效率为94.34%;对照组显效25例,有效16例,总有效率为77.36%。2组临床疗效对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组肺部感染的总体控制时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年恶性肿瘤合并肺部感染临床疗效肯定。Objective To investigate the curative effect of integrated therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on senile cancer complicating pulmonary infection.Methods The patients（n=106） were chosen from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from Jan.2010 to Mar.2012,and then were randomly divided into control group（n=53） treated with antibacterial and treatment group（n=53） treated with TCM therapies based on syndrome differentiation besides of antibacterial.The curative effect was observed in 2 groups.Results There were 29 cases with significant efficacy and 21 with efficacy,and the total effective rate was 94.34%in treatment group,and there were 25 cases with significant efficacy and 16 with efficacy,and the total effective rate was 77.36%in control group（P〈0.05）.The total control time of pulmonary infection was significantly shorter in treatment group than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of integrated therapy of Chinese and Western medicine is reliable in the treatment of senile cancer complicating pulmonary infection.
