生命历程视角下新生代农民工的城市融入研究——基于社会工作的视角

摘　　要：文章立足于生命历程视角,通过深度访谈,关注在青新生代农民工的城市融入现状,把握他们生命历程中辍学、进城、结婚等生命事件提出充分发挥社会工作专业优势,从宏观、中观、微观等三个层面展开介入,利用个案、小组、社区、企业社会工作等方式进行帮助指导,为他们提供专业的服务,提高适应城市的能力,加快城市融入的进度。The article is based on the life course perspective, through depth interviews, pay attention to the present situation of the new generation of migrant workers into the city, grasp their life course, life, married to drop out of school events, analysis of variation with different course of life demand, explore the relationship into the life course and the city. This paper gives full play to the advantages of professional social work, from the macro, micro three levels of intervention, using the case study of social work, group work, community work, social work in enterprise by means of guidance, to provide professional services to improve their ability to adapt to the city, to speed up the city, into the schedule.
