摘　　要：目的对急诊损伤感染创面VSD封闭式负压引流术的围手术期护理体会进行研究。方法此次临床研究主要以我院在2012年6月至2013年6月收治的40例急诊损伤创面感染患者为研究对象,所有患者均实施VSD封闭式负压引流术,采用随机分配的原则,将所有患者分成对照组和实验组,每个组别各20例。对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者实施围手术期护理。对两组患者的护理效果进行观察和比较。结果经临床研究结果显示,实验组患者的创面平均愈合时间明显短于对照组,平均换药次数明显少于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论经临床研究表明,对急诊损伤感染创面患者实施VSD封闭式负压引流术治疗,并引进围手术期护理,能够有效缩短患者创面的愈合时间,减少药物的更换次数,具有较高应用价值,值得推广和普及。Objective Wound infection to emergency injury the VSD closed negative pressure drainage to study the perioperative nursing experience. Methods The clinical study mainly in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 treated 40 cases of emergency injury patients with wound infection as the research object, all patients were implemented the VSD closed negative pressure drainage, based on the principle of random distribution, all the patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 20 cases in each group. Control group patients with routine nursing, the experimental group patient＇s perioperative nursing. Nursing effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The clinical research results show that the average wound healing time of experimental group patients significantly shorter than the control group, the average switching frequency is less than the control group obviously, satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group, the difference is statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical study shows that implementation of VSD patients with emergency damage infected wounds closed negative pressure drainage treatment, and the introduction of perioperative nursing, can effectively shorten the healing time of patients with wounds and decrease the number of replacement for drugs, has higher application value, worthy of promotion and popularization.
