摘 要:目的:探讨针刺足三里穴是否在中枢神经存在相对功能特异性的生理表征。方法:采集28名健康被试针刺足三里及旁开假穴的脑磁图成像数据,引入基于小波变换时频分析方法,将大脑分为额叶、颞叶、中央区、顶叶和枕叶五大区域,观测不同频段的响应变化,对比针刺足三里及旁开假穴时频差别反应。结果:针刺足三里穴位和旁开假穴可引发大脑振荡信号活动的不同变化模式。针刺足三里后,位于大脑对侧半球的颞叶部位的MEG传感器显示delta频段能量的持续增强,而在大脑同侧半球响应部位则表现为能量降低,在其他频段则没有引起显著的变化。这一模式与旁开假穴显著不同。结论:针刺足三里穴具有调节对侧颞叶能量增强,同侧区域能量降低的功能特异性。Objective:To detect the relative functional specificity of central neural responses by acupunct-ure at acupoint ST36.Methods:The present study scanned 28 healthy subjects by using magneto-encephalography (MEG),and adopted time-frequency analysis based upon Morlet wavelet transforming approach to detect differential oscillatory brain dynamics induced by acupuncture at ST36 using a nearby nonacupoint (NAP) as control.We divided the whole brain into five parts,the frontal,temporal,central,parietal and occipital cortex.Results:We observed that frequency power changes were mainly restricted to delta band for both ST36 group and NAP group.Increased delta band power in contralateral temporal regions and decreased power in the ipsilateral hemisphere were consistently detected following stimulation at ST36.The control group showed different pattern of power change.Conclusion:The power changes in specific brain regions after acupuncture at ST36 may provide additional evidence to support the acupoint specificity theory.
