阑尾周围脓肿患者的CT诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨CT在阑尾周围脓肿诊断中的应用价值。方法术前经CT检查确诊的39例阑尾周围脓肿患者,将术前诊断结果与术后病理结果相比较,观察阑尾周围脓肿的CT影像学特征。结果本组39例患者术后经病理结果证实均为阑尾周围脓肿, CT诊断正确率为100%。肿块直径为2.7~9.6 cm, CT值为17~34 HU,所有患者右下腹部的局限性肿块影,密度为混合型。结论CT诊断阑尾周围脓肿的正确率较高,且对于鉴别诊断具有一定的价值,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective To explore the application value of CT（computed tomography） in diagnosis of periappendiceal abscess. Methods Selected 39 patients who were diagnosed periappendiceal abscess by CT, compared the preoperative diagnosis results to postoperative pathological results, observed the characteristics of CT imaging of the periappendiceal abscess.Results All 39 cases were confirmed periappendiceal abscess according to postoperative pathological results, the correct rate of diagnosis was 100%. The tumor diameter was 2.7~9.6 cm, the CT value was 17~34 HU, localized mass shadow of all cases had right lower abdomen and density of mixed type.Conclusion The correct rate of CT in diagnosis of periappendiceal abscess is high, and has certain value in differential diagnosis, so it is worthy of further clinical application.
