抗敏滋肝明目汤治疗过敏性结膜炎30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察抗敏滋肝明目汤口服联合色甘酸钠滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法将60例(120眼)患者随机分为2组各30例。两组均用色甘酸钠滴眼液局部点眼每日4次,治疗组加用抗敏滋肝明目汤口服,每日2次,治疗14天并随访。结果治疗组治疗显效22例,有效5例,无效3例;对照组显效14例,有效8例,无效8例;两组综合疗效比较,差异有显著性意义;且治疗组主要症状体征缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗敏滋肝明目汤口服联合色甘酸钠滴眼液治疗季节性和常年性过敏性结膜炎的疗效优于单用色甘酸钠滴眼液。Objective Observations sensitive nourishing liver for improving eyesight decoction combined with sodium cromoglicate eye drops to treat allergic conjunctivitis clinical curative effect. Method 60 （120 eyes） were randomly divided into 2 groups of 30 cases.Both groups with local cromolyn sodium eye drops eye drops, 4 times per day,Treatment groups combined with anti- allergic and nourishing liver for improving eyesight decoction, 2 times a day, 14-day treatment and follow-up.Result effective treatment in 22 cases, 5 cases, 3; 14 cases for control, effective 8, 8 cases; two groups study, there was a statistically significant difference;And the main symptoms and signs of easing in the treatment group was shorter than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion sensitivity nourishing liver for improving eyesight decoction combined with sodium cromoglicatc eye drops in the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic conjunctivitis is better than monotherapy cromolyn sodium ophthalmic solution.
