摘　　要：以废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料为基料,石油炼化的副产品——重芳烃油为溶剂,聚醋酸乙烯酯和松香为改性剂,全氟己基乙酸钠与OP-10为乳化剂,经溶解、改性、乳化、分散、研磨等过程,研制出一种成本低、性能优良的水性防腐涂料。检测证明,各项性能均达到水性涂料的生产指标,可应用于化工、石油、公路、码头等金属构件或混凝土抗酸碱盐腐蚀的防护。By using polystyrene foam waste as binder,by-product of petroleum refining industry （heavy aromatic oil） as solvent,polyvinyl acetate and resin as modifier,perfluorinated hexyl acetate sodium and OP-10 as emulsifier,a kind of waterborne anticorrosive coatings with low cost and good performance is developed through dissolving,modifying,emulsifying,dispersing and grinding process.The tests prove that all properties can reach the production index of the waterborne coating.The coating can be applied in the protection of resistance to acid,alkali and salt corrosion of metallic components or concrete for chemical,oil,road and port.
