摘 要:制备了Nafion修饰的丝网印刷电极,并用于同位镀铋膜法测定痕量重金属离子Cd2+.将Nafion溶液滴涂在丝网印刷电极表面制得修饰电极.在含Bi3的0.1 mol/L醋酸缓冲溶液(pH为4.7)中,将Bi3+与Cd2+共同电沉积在修饰电极表面,再以方波阳极溶出伏安法(SWSV)检测Cd2+的浓度.优化了镀膜条件,考察了Nafion膜厚度及Bi3+浓度对溶出电流的影响.在优化的条件下,0~ 100 μg/L质量浓度范围内Cd2+浓度与溶出峰电流呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为1 μg/L,重现性良好,可用于大米中痕量重金属离子Cd2+的快速测定.Nafion modified screen-printed electrode in combination with in-situ bismuth film is fabricated to determine trace cadmium.Nafion is dropped onto the surface of a screen-printed electrode and dispersed to form a modified layer.Then Bi3 + and Cd2 + are electrodeposited together on the surface of the modified electrode in 0.1 mol/L HAc/NaAc solution (pH 4.7).The concentration of cadmium is measured by square wave stripping voltammeter (SWSV).The effects of Nafion and concentration of bismuth on the stripping peak current are investigated.Under the optimal condition,there is a good linear relationship between the concentration of cadmium and the stripping peak current in the range from 0 to 100 μg/L of cadmium.The detection limit is 1 μg/L.This method has good accuracy,sensitivity and reproducibility.It can be applied in the rapid determination of trace heavy metal ions in rice samples.
